I am extremely disappointed...... that I didn't discover this company sooner. Placed an online order. Had a question, and Adam got back to me quickly. Super accommodating. From a customer service standpoint, these guys have been great. As for the product, great flavor, great throat hit, doesn't turn into black tar in a coil or on your cotton (i use a couple different mods, and cotton bacon cotton in my squonk). Which is especially impressive in the chocolate flavors. Shows they don't use poor quality base chems. Here's to a long relationship! Cheers M
