Pizza Studio, two Domino’s, Buddy’s Pizza & Steak, and Rocky Rococo’s are all within just a couple miles of this location. I cannot say for certain that they are better than this Papa John’s, but I can with 100% confidence tell you that there is no way they’re worse. Ordered 2 pizzas, a side, a cookie, and a soda. The first order to arrive was left on the front porch (without any attempts to contact me to tell me it had been simply left there) more than an hour and a half after I place the order. That order was a completely wrong order with an address and customer name on an entirely different street printed directly on the side of the box (sorry Simone P, but your pizza has gone to waste). I called to request a refund and was told by the manager, “Actually, I’m not able to issue a refund.” In lieu of a refund I was offered a “satisfaction guarantee” which was, I believe, the manager making an attempt at comedy. I don’t often suggest that someone quit their job to go into comedy, but I’ll make an exception for this gentleman. I placed a second order, because there were hungry people that had expected pizza, and when it arrived 45 minutes later (an acceptable amount of time for delivery, to be fair) it was not fully accurate either, but at least the address on the box matched mine. I hope you listen to the other reviewers telling you that the hassle isn’t worth it BEFORE you’ve wasted your time and money on this up and coming comedy act.
The food was Somewhat good i mean you cannot mess up pizza although delivery was long, took about 48 minutes considering i live near by but that's not the bad part.The delivery Driver gave us a flyer about anti-vaccine and how covid is a myth and something about god, Sheesh if i wanted someone to nag me about god i would've just talked to my mom. Nonetheless, it makes me worry about how they handle their food and if they really take precautions especially if we're in a pandemic, they got to keep things professional and from what I've heard from the manager defending the driver was not professional. Will not order there again and i advice other people reading this to think about what restaurants actually do take the pandemic mandate seriously.
Great pizza, lots of the classic varieties my family loves. We moved a few miles north and we still drive down occasionally to pick up their delicious pizza.
The staff was very courteous and professional. Especially the Manager Robert. (Tall young Black man) He was patient with other customers as they were rude or kurt with him.
There was a long wait for my delivery so I decided to pick up my order. The lobby was packed full. I noticed there was only one food prepper, one cashier, and the manager. The store manager made all the difference in my long wait time. He respected his staff, was courteous to the customers and provided a discount due to me picking up my food versus the original delivery request. I can't complain that there was a shortage in staff but I appreciate the way it was handled. Customer service was A1
