As many others have stated in their reviews, the Broker, John Garlington, is curt, rude, and not professional. We couldn't get ahold of a listing agent for a couple days to make an offer on a property, and instead of asking us if we had the wrong contact information - he immediately started blaming us, and saying it was our fault for not reaching out to him sooner. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a "professional". It wasn't a shock when I came to find other clients noting his unprofessional behavior. My advice to any property investors or future clients, find another RE agency. If this is how the owner is operating his business and has multiple complaints, it speaks volume to the services the firm is providing.

I am reviewing the owner personally, as he was blocking my family from getting in our wheelchair accessible van. He was a selfish man who did not seem. To care and did not apologize for his actions. Just shrugged his shoulders and said, 'I didn't know, oh well' and then proceeded to almost back into us as my daughter was transferring to her seat from her wheelchair. Not cool Mr Garlington
