I visited this business to get an extra key fob for my car. The 2 employees were extremely personable and helpful. My key fob was time consuming, so I had the opportunity to watch them interact with a few customers and they really do this business a good service. Excellent experience!
I purchased seven large marine batteries. The employees at this location are great! They were helpful, professional and polite. I ordered my batteries over the internet and the staff called me when they came in. They helped me load the new batteries in my truck and when I returned with the old batteries they helped me unload them. I am very pleased with my business transaction at this store and my interactions with the staff.
Car battery went dead shortly after their 14-day return policy. Returned it for warranty refund or anything I can get. They said that if they can recharge it, they won’t give me anything. I couldn’t even jump it after 14 days. Sure enough, after a few hours, they said they could recharge it, and I won’t be able to get anything at all, not even store credit. Beware - you could get a re-charged up battery that lasts just after their return period and can’t get anything back at all. Bye bye money. Nice scam. Response to their response... As I said, I couldn’t even jump the battery, so hardly just a discharge. When the clerk said he’d call me after the charge, he never did. I had to call back myself, and he said ‘oh ya, we can charge it alright’. BS. They didn’t even offer to at least replace the battery with a different one. Poor, at best.
Fast service. Walked in. Asked for a battery for a phone. Guy walked right to it .... grabbed it and rang it up. In and out in less then 3 minutes. Great customer service. Very polite.
